Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 retail associates during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Execute merchandising and inventory management protocols

- Generate daily sales performance reports
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required
- Availability for weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
