Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend shift teams of 8-12 associates
- Ensure operational excellence during peak weekend hours
- Implement quality control protocols and safety standards

Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in service/retail
- Availability to work all Saturday-Sunday shifts (6am-10pm)

- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- OSHA certification preferred
