Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.
- Ensure all safety protocols and compliance regulations are strictly followed.
- Train and mentor new hires on proper lifting techniques and equipment usage.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Manage shift schedules and resolve any operational issues that arise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
