Responsibilities
- Manage weekend operations across multiple high-traffic Nashville locations
- Coordinate 5-8 member teams during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Implement customer service protocols for weekend crowds
- Handle inventory management and weekend stock replenishment
- Resolve client inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Maintain safety compliance during peak weekend operations
- Generate weekend performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in shift leadership or supervision
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Nashville metro area residency required
- Flexibility to cover holiday weekend shifts
