Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Manage 5-10 team members with scheduling and performance coaching
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all service touchpoints
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain inventory and compliance with health/safety standards
- Train new staff on company protocols and service excellence
- Submit daily performance reports for payroll processing
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Nevada food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid US driver's license (for property transfers if needed)
