Responsibilities
- Manage 5-7 person weekend team during peak operations
- Ensure efficient inventory processing and shipment accuracy
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism
- Generate shift performance reports for leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional weekend maintenance activities
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefs
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Available exclusively for weekend shifts (no weekday availability)
- Proficient with warehouse management systems
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Background check and drug screen required
