Responsibilities
- Lead weekend team of 8-12 associates during peak hours
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Handle cash operations and daily reconciliation
- Train new staff on service protocols and safety procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking
- Prepare weekend performance reports for management
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Food safety certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to stand for extended periods in fast-paced environment
