Responsibilities
- Manage weekend operations and supervise 5-8 team members during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all service points
- Handle inventory management and replenishment for weekend stock
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Maintain safety compliance and store cleanliness standards
- Process transactions using POS systems and reconcile daily reports
- Train new weekend staff on company protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8am-6pm)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
