Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated and manual material handling equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain strict safety standards and adhere to all company protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure all products meet our high standards before shipment.
- Manage inventory and stock levels accurately, conducting cycle counts and organizing storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of freight trucks, ensuring timely delivery schedules are met.
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Fridays through Sundays on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED is required; technical training is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
