Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently run standard warehouse machinery and production equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products thoroughly to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before shipping.
- Inventory Management: Accurately track stock levels and assist in maintaining organized storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, clutter-free work environment to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in counting and packaging.
- Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and pass a background check.
