- Oversee weekend shift operations (Saturday-Sunday) with 8-12 person teams
- Execute inventory management protocols and supply chain coordination
- Implement quality control standards across all production lines
- Train and mentor new weekend shift associates on SOPs
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with solution-oriented approach
- Generate shift performance reports using proprietary software
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- Availability for strict weekend schedule (Fri-Sun evenings)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Advanced conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
