Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations for 15+ team members
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance schedules
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters
- Train new weekend staff on procedures and systems
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
