Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend retail operations including inventory control and cash handling
- Lead and motivate 5-8 team members during peak weekend shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries
- Implement visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Monitor sales performance and execute promotional strategies
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Train new weekend staff on operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for store transfers)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
