Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations including inventory, staffing, and customer service standards
- Train and mentor weekend staff to deliver outstanding service
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Analyze weekend sales data to optimize performance
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless transitions
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional campaigns

Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong conflict resolution and team development skills
- Ability to work independently during peak weekend hours
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Proficiency in retail management software
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Valid Texas driver's license (if applicable to location)
