Responsibilities
- Directly supervise weekend clinical staff and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharges during weekend shifts
- Manage emergency response procedures and critical incidents
- Conduct weekend staff training and performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation systems
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and specialists

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years healthcare supervisory experience
- Valid NY State RN or LPN license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Proven weekend shift management in acute care settings
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Exceptional crisis management and decision-making skills
- Experience with Epic EHR systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
