Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the weekend operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Oversee daily workflow, ensuring all safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply teams to prevent operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews to keep the team aligned with company goals.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate necessary maintenance to ensure continuous operation.
- Prepare comprehensive end-of-shift reports for upper management review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or operations role within a logistics or warehousing environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and basic office applications.
