Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 5-7 team members during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless transition of operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software and digital tools
- Conduct daily performance reviews and address operational challenges
- Prepare weekend shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in logistics/supervisory roles
- Weekend shift availability mandatory (Saturday & Sunday)
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Miami area residency preferred for local hiring
