Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend clinical operations and staff scheduling
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate patient care across departments during weekend shifts
- Conduct weekend staff training and performance evaluations
- Manage emergency response procedures during off-peak hours
- Prepare weekend shift reports for leadership review
- Foster team cohesion through weekend-only team-building activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years healthcare supervisory experience
- Valid California RN or LVN license required
- Weekend shift availability mandatory (Sat-Sun 6am-6pm)
- Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Experience with Epic EMR systems
- Ability to work autonomously during low-traffic periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
