Responsibilities
- Lead weekend team members in daily operations and service delivery
- Oversee customer interactions and resolve service issues promptly
- Manage inventory and ensure operational standards are met
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Maintain accurate records and report operational metrics
- Foster a positive team culture during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in customer service
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory software
- Valid Texas driver's license (if transportation needed)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
