Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate weekend shift activities, ensuring seamless operations across all departments
- Monitor team performance and provide real-time coaching to maintain productivity standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
