Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workflow and production targets during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team of 5-10 employees, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to restock supplies as needed.
- Address customer and client inquiries promptly and resolve operational issues on-site.
- Prepare and submit weekly shift reports, including productivity metrics and attendance records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or operational role.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
