Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during Saturday/Sunday shifts in high-traffic retail locations
- Manage 5-8 team members with scheduling, training, and performance coaching
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalations promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and process shipments using RF scanners
- Execute visual merchandising plans to drive weekend sales conversions
- Conduct safety compliance checks and maintain OSHA standards
- Generate shift reports and submit payroll documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8AM-6PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and reporting
