Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations including staff scheduling and inventory control
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and ensure exceptional service quality
- Monitor daily sales targets and implement upselling strategies
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and maintain venue cleanliness
- Collaborate with management team to optimize weekend workflows
- Submit daily performance reports and payroll documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or retail supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multitasking capability
- Valid California Food Handler/Safety certification preferred
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork excellence
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island location
