Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring service excellence and compliance standards
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members during peak weekend hours
- Handle cash management, inventory reconciliation, and POS system oversight
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Maintain safety protocols and store cleanliness standards
- Submit daily performance reports for payroll processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience in retail/hospitality
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-traffic periods
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work exclusively weekends (Sat/Sun) 8am-8pm
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
