Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations including staff scheduling, inventory, and quality control
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members during peak weekend hours
- Resolve guest inquiries and ensure exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for weekend deliveries
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations
- Analyze weekend performance metrics to optimize operations
- Train new staff on weekend-specific procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
