Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 weekend retail associates, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Oversee inventory counts and merchandising during weekend peak hours
- Process cash transactions and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Train new weekend staff on store protocols and safety standards
- Monitor store cleanliness and security during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 8 AM - 8 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged
- Valid driver's license for potential supply runs
- Weekend flexibility is non-negotiable
