Responsibilities
- Manage 5-10 hourly staff during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Ensure exceptional customer service at high-traffic venues
- Process daily payroll and submit shift reports
- Coordinate inventory management and safety protocols
- Resolve client escalations with professionalism
- Train new hires on company standards
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in service/hospitality
- Availability for all weekend shifts (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Valid driver's license for multi-site travel (Texas role)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with mobile payroll apps
- Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
