Responsibilities
- Oversee 5-8 team members during weekend peak hours (Sat-Sun 9am-6pm)
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all service points
- Manage inventory and supply chain for weekend operations
- Resolve client escalations with solution-oriented approach
- Train weekend staff on new protocols and safety procedures
- Generate daily performance reports for Monday leadership review
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability for all weekend shifts (no exceptions)
- Valid Washington state driver's license for logistics
- Proficiency in POS and inventory management systems
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs repeatedly during inventory tasks
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check and drug screening required
