Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations team of 10+ associates across retail/service functions
- Execute daily operational plans with 100% accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and real-time performance coaching
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain service excellence standards
- Monitor inventory, sales targets, and KPIs during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or logistics
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-traffic periods
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work exclusively Saturday-Sunday (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
