Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations, ensuring seamless workflow and exceptional service delivery
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Address customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking procedures for weekend operations
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with company policies
- Prepare detailed shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisive decisions during weekend shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with consistent weekly schedules
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
