Responsibilities
- Execute daily stocking and inventory organization to ensure optimal shelf placement and product availability.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all 5S safety standards.
- Process incoming shipments efficiently and verify accuracy of orders against packing slips.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, including holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to role) or willingness to be trained.
