Responsibilities
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures to ensure the facility is secure and ready for customers.
- Greet customers with a warm, professional demeanor and assist them with inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and organize displays to maintain an attractive and organized store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system and handle cash with integrity.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and receiving shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and back-of-house areas throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the team to address customer needs and resolve any issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory checks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
