Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics operations and ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to organize storage areas and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving logistical issues promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all operations.
- Assist in training and onboarding new part-time staff members on standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report any necessary repairs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
