Responsibilities
- Execute daily production tasks and operational workflows with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock transfers, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless operations during weekend coverage.
- Perform quality assurance checks on products and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Provide exceptional support to internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Uphold company standards for attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
