Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts as per company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shift production targets
- Conduct quality control checks on products during night shift operations
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain clean workstations
- Document operational activities using digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation for varied shift schedules
