Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor during peak weekend hours.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store goals and operational targets are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor store security and adhere to all safety and operational policies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work a consistent schedule on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
