Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their needs.
- Operational Excellence: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Merchandising: Organize, stock, and arrange products to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas clean and organized at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some evenings.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
