Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during weekend shifts, ensuring productivity targets are met.
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse staff, drivers, and logistics personnel.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the main office to resolve supply chain discrepancies.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with upper management regarding shift progress and any operational hurdles.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
