Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of operations management experience in tech/manufacturing
- Proven track record of weekend shift leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in process optimization and lean methodologies
- Proficient in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
