Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock organization.
- Ensure accurate processing and documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and KPIs.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners (certification preferred).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning purposes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
