As a Weekend Shift Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain remains uninterrupted. We value reliability, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics and distribution tasks to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying accuracy and quality.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the work area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license (not required for all roles, but preferred).
