Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations: Receive, sort, and process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely utilize pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems as required by the shift schedule.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging and labeling to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent workplace accidents.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and stock replenishment to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to streamline workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement for all positions.
- Previous Warehouse Experience: Proven track record in logistics, warehousing, or distribution is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday on a consistent weekly basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory handling.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for local transport duties.
