Responsibilities
- Perform complex clinical laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, and microbiology
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with precision
- Analyze and report test results with strict attention to accuracy
- Adhere to CLIA, CAP, and OSHA regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional healthcare teams
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance initiatives
- Train and mentor junior laboratory staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
- ASCP or AMT certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical laboratory experience
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols
- Proficiency in LIS/HIS systems
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
