Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the weekend shift team, ensuring all personnel are productive and engaged.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate workflow to meet daily production targets.
- Enforce strict safety standards and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Conduct shift briefings and training sessions to improve team performance and skill sets.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or operations management role.

- Ability to work full-time hours, primarily on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
