Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms and shelves.
- Ensure all workstations meet safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Assist team leads with daily logistics tasks and workflow optimization.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Willingness to learn new processes and operate machinery under supervision.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not strictly required.
