Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory for shipping and receiving.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels accurately.
- Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in packaging orders for local and national delivery.
Qualifications
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville facility.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
