Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently run assigned production machinery and assembly lines according to standard operating procedures.
- Quality Control: Monitor output for defects and ensure all products meet our high-quality standards before packaging.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the loading, unloading, and staging of materials and finished goods using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and peers to ensure workflow continuity and meet daily production targets.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks and report any equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing is highly preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus.
