Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries with professionalism and speed.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate daily records.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace and retail floor.

- Resolve customer issues and feedback positively and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as required.
- Adhere to all company safety and operational policies.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Reliable transportation to the San Francisco, CA office.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
