Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock control systems.
- Enforce strict safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Lead and motivate the weekend shift team to meet daily performance targets.
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Valid Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
