Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Manage guest check-ins and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational excellence
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations with precision
- Ensure facility cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
- Process weekend reservations and manage walk-in guests
- Participate in weekend training and team-building activities
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems and POS software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced weekend environments
- Valid Florida driver's license (if transportation required)
